  • Clients will receive a confirmation email once their order has been dispatched

  • All orders are shipped via reputable, trackable courier services

  • Signature-on-delivery may be required for select orders


Domestic & International Shipping

  • Kallie & Ko. ships both domestically and internationally

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed


Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the client

  • Kallie & Ko Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be redirected once dispatched

  • Kallie & Ko Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the client


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier

  • Kallie & Ko Jewelry is not liable for delays, loss, or theft caused by the courier

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, clients are advised to contact the courier directly

We will, however, assist with providing tracking details and supporting documentation where possible.


Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

  • Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the client’s expense

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


Packaging & Presentation

  • All jewelry is packaged in branded, protective packaging suitable for gifting

  • Special packaging requests may be accommodated where possible
