What is your return policy?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Kallie & Ko Jewelry offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Full terms are available on our Warranty Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Verified issues will be resolved with a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability.
