Warranty Coverage

Kallie & Ko Jewelry provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all jewelry purchased directly from Kallie & Ko or an authorized retailer.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural issues arising from normal wear (e.g., faulty clasps, loose settings due to craftsmanship defects)

If a covered issue is confirmed, Kallie & Ko will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item at no cost, or

  • Replace the item with the same or comparable design if repair is not possible


Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • The warranty is non-transferable.


What Is Not Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, tarnishing, patina development)

  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, or improper care

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Improper storage or exposure to harsh chemicals (including perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, and cosmetics)

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications not performed or authorized by Kallie & Ko

  • Natural characteristics or variations in gemstones and metals

  • Plating wear over time (e.g., gold vermeil or rhodium plating)


Repairs Outside Warranty

If damage is not covered under this warranty, Kallie & Ko may offer repair services at a reasonable cost, subject to assessment. All repair fees will be quoted and approved by the customer before work begins.
