Returns & Exchanges

At Kallie & Ko. , each piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously inspected prior to dispatch. We invite our clients to review all product details carefully, as our return policy is structured to uphold the integrity of our craftsmanship while providing a considered and respectful experience.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition

  • All original packaging, including jewelry box, pouch, and tags, must be returned

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned showing any indication of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene, customization, and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings of any kind

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Price differences must be settled accordingly

  • For exchanges to a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as store credit

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or original form of payment, at the discretion of Kallie & Ko Jewelry

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be shipped using a trackable and insured service

  • Kallie & Ko. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. Verified cases will be resolved with a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability.

Unapproved Returns

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items received without prior approval may be declined and returned at the client’s expense.

Discretion & Policy Enforcement

Kallie & Ko. reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria or that show evidence of misuse. This policy exists to protect both our clients and the integrity of our collections.

Policy Updates

Kallie & Ko Jewelry reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
